Four steps from first call to launch.
No onboarding portals, no weekly status decks, no mystery deliverables. Each step has an explicit deliverable and a written timeline.
Discovery call
Week 1 · Deliverable: Written brief and fixed-price proposal
No long onboarding form before we talk. We cover what your business actually does, who you want to reach, and the sites you trust elsewhere. By the end you have a written brief and a fixed-price proposal — no hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Site map & visual direction
Weeks 2–3 · Deliverable: Approved site map plus visual direction
Before any production, we agree on the pages, the order visitors move through them, and where each call to action lives. You see the visual direction in context, push back where it does not match reality, and sign off before we build.
Build
Weeks 4–6 · Deliverable: Private preview URL with the full site staged
Design and code happen together. You see real pages on the preview URL early, not polished mockups that disguise what the site will actually feel like. Feedback is in plain language, in writing, with each round bounded.
Launch
Week 7 · Deliverable: Site live on your domain plus update guide
We proof every page, verify every link and form, and move the site onto your domain together. You get a short written guide for the updates you are most likely to make — and the door stays open for future work.
Live preview, while you wait
During the build, your in-progress site lives on a private preview URL at preview.valleyforgestudio.com. You can share it with partners, review on a phone, and watch the real pages take shape — all while your current live site, if you have one, stays exactly where it is.
