An independent studio, built around one idea — serious businesses deserve serious websites.
Valley Forge Studio exists because most business websites do not reflect the care that goes into the businesses they represent. Either the site is a template kit with the wrong soul, or it is a DIY page that drifted out of date, or it is a generic agency site that could belong to any small business anywhere.
This studio was built to be a different kind of option: a single, focused person who listens carefully, works in plain language, and makes sites that feel like a natural extension of the business behind them.
Founder bio coming soon. For now, here is the short version: I build calm, trustworthy websites for businesses that want to look as established online as they already are in person — and I work with a very small number of clients at a time so every project gets the attention it deserves.
What I care about
- Clarity over cleverness.
- Typography as a quiet workhorse.
- Pages that feel calm on a phone.
- Plain language in every conversation.
- Sites you can actually maintain.
- Respect for the business and its customers.
How I work
One project at a time, with honest pacing. Proposals are fixed-scope and written down before any design work starts. Check-ins are short, specific, and never a guessing game. If something is not working, we say so and adjust — on both sides.
On the name
“Valley Forge” is shorthand for building something durable. Not the historical theater — the word “forge” as craft, as steady work, as shaping something worth keeping. The studio is named for the posture, not the costume.
A quiet invitation
Ready for a website that feels like your business deserves?
A short conversation is the best place to start. Tell me a little about your business and what you want the site to do — no pressure, no pitch deck.
